Differentiated Instruction:
Differentiated instruction is a simple concept. There is more than one path to arrive at a destination. We do not have to teach the same way every day. It will help students to use different methods to gain understanding. This is the based on the concept of multiple literacies or (people learn by different methods).
We learn differently and there is not a right way or a wrong way to learn. So as teachers we have to remember that a "one size fits all" approach is counter productive for some of our students. To differentiate our instruction means to present material or information in various forms or methods.

In the future you will see methods for using differentiation in the classroom.
