  • It's Not Your Grandpa's School Anymore is a light-hearted post that looks at the changes in education over the past few decades.
  • Is It Worth It? This post looks at the struggle to find purpose in teaching when there are so many students that are never reached. It is an inspiring piece that encourages educators to keep perspective on what really matters.

 is a great post that discusses the idea of expecting greatness rather mediocrity. More precisely the articles deals with teaching kids to go for their dreams rather than accepting the status quo.


Working at a Computer   this post is a nice little video that reminds any and everyone who works at a computer on the most appropriate seated position for working on a computer. It is easy to get lazy and this reminder helps us get focused and produce more work more efficiently. another good post from Richard Byrnes at freetechnology4teachers

Context: In School Use of Pepper Spray author Alexander Russo reminds everyone after the busy holiday shopping that it is not just protesters and bargain shoppers who get sprayed! Very interesting article.
